When you are hungry for a great Paleo breakfast try this spinach and mushroom omelet. It is easy to make, full of nutrition and very filling. Most of all it is delicious. To keep this omelet Paleo, fill it with mushrooms, spinach and  other favorite vegetables but hold the cheese.
