    Hi Karin, just wanted to thank you for this awesome website! My energy haD Increased after drinking green smoothies and I am fan of your recipes since you post your 31 green smoothie challenge. I am enjoying all of the awesome benefits to green smoothies!!! II stopped eating candy (not on purpose) AND I don’t have appetite for unhealthy food or snacks! I feel great and no more dozing on the couch in front of the TV in the afternoons. THANK YOU!
